These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and AISquare Studios Inc. ("AISquare Studios," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of our software applications, including the AISquare Studios platform and the SuperExec browser extension (together, the "Applications").By using our Applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Applications.
Applications: The software products provided by AISquare Studios, including any features, functionality, and services associated with the AISquare Studios platform and the SuperExec browser extension.
User Content: Any data, text, code, or material submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by you through the Applications.
Third-Party Services: Services, tools, or platforms not owned by AISquare Studios, such as GitHub, Google, and Discord, which may integrate with our Applications.
AISquare Studios is a platform that enables creators, educators, and subject matter experts to transform their raw content into interactive AI-powered experiences including quizzes, AI notes, podcasts, and AI experts. Creators receive personal branded AI Studios to showcase their content, while learners can explore, interact with, and follow creators for a personalized learning experience.
SuperExec is a multi-AI agent system that provides developers with contextual guidance, personalized learning, and automation tools. It enhances productivity through features such as code summarization, learning path suggestions, and task automation.
Both Applications include frontend and backend components and may require internet connectivity and account registration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
All rights in the Applications — including software, graphics, designs, trademarks, and other content — belong to AISquare Studios or its licensors.If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.Some components in the Applications may use open-source software governed by their respective licenses.
By uploading or submitting content through the Applications, you give AISquare Studios permission to use it as needed to operate and improve the Applications. This includes copying, modifying, and analyzing your content to provide features and enhancements.

We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.SuperExec uses AI tools such as LangChain and CrewAI. These tools may generate content or suggestions that require user discretion. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
The Applications are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind — express or implied.

Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.If a dispute arises, we encourage informal resolution first. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed location or remotely (where legally allowed), in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class or collective action.
Small Claims Exception: You may bring individual claims in small claims court if they qualify.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.
Continued use of the Applications after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You agree not to use or export the Applications in violation of any U.S. export laws or regulations.
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and AISquare Studios.If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms is not a waiver. Notices may be provided via the Applications or to your registered email.
