For most of my life I have watched technology reshape how the world works, and I believe the internet of agents is the biggest shift yet. But we keep getting one thing dangerously wrong: we try to centralize intelligence, hand it to a few large models, and hope our people keep up. Intelligence does not work that way. It compounds when it is shared. AISquare exists to put it back where it belongs, in the hands of the people and the organizations who create it. AI is powerful, but it is only half of the equation. The other half is human judgment, context, and accountability. Bring the two together, in one place where every person and every agent can see, question, and build on each other's reasoning, and you reach something neither could alone. That is collective intelligence, and it is the future of work we are building, with humans at the center and trust as the foundation.

The race right now is to make the model bigger. I think that is the wrong race. A bigger model still just hopes its answer is right, and it still cannot show you why it decided what it decided. That does not scale, and it cannot be trusted. So we took a different path. We treat reasoning as a first-class artifact. Every decision a human or an agent makes is captured in one shared graph, with its evidence, its context, and its lineage, so it can be inspected, replayed, and reused. We hit the graph before we hit the model, which is what makes the system fast and auditable, and it gets cheaper as it learns instead of more expensive. And we are building that reasoning layer as an open standard, not a black box, because trust in AI cannot be taken on faith. It has to be something you can verify. That is the system I want to put in the hands of every engineer and every enterprise.
