One balance. Everything draws from it. Your plan gives you a monthly bucket of credits. Building a Studio, running an agent, calling the API, everything draws from the same number.

When you're getting close to your limit, we tell you. When you hit it, the platform throttles gracefully on Starter and up, so your live workflows keep running while you decide whether to top up or wait for the next cycle.

Unused credits roll forward (Pro and up). Whatever you've built, learned, and saved stays yours regardless of the meter.

## Frequently asked questions

- **I only want the API. Do I really need a Pro plan?** Pro is the plan for any individual builder, whether you live in AI Studio or only ever touch the SDK. Same graph, same credits, same retention. You just access it through code instead of the surface. The plan picks your team shape, not your interface.

- **What happens when I run out of credits?** On Starter and up, we throttle gracefully, never hard-stop. You'll see a top-up prompt, and your live workflows keep running for your customers while you decide. Free hits a hard stop until cycle reset. You decide whether to top up, wait, or upgrade.

- **What's the difference between public and private studios?** Build as many studios as you want. Public studios are unlimited on every plan. They're discoverable on AISquare and part of how the community compounds. Private studios are gated by plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and up.

- **Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?** Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and credits are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle so nothing breaks mid-build. Your graph and Studios always come with you.

- **What's the difference between Pro and Teams?** Pro is one builder with one graph and one workspace. Teams is three seats included sharing one graph, with roles, audit logs, comments, and pooled credits. The Teams effective per-seat price ($33) is below Pro.

- **How much does a larger team cost?** A 10-person team = $99 + 7 × $30 = $309/mo · 60,000 pooled credits. Every additional member beyond the 3 included adds $30/mo and +5,000 credits to the shared pool.

- **Do unused credits roll over?** Top-up credits roll forever. Plan credits roll for one cycle on Starter. On Pro, build credits accumulate up to 7,000 (2× cap). On Teams, build credits accumulate up to 16,000 (2× cap). Enterprise is custom.

- **What does annual billing get me?** 15% off across Starter, Pro, and Teams when billed annually. Same plan, same credits, same everything, just paid up front.

- **Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?** Yes. Verified students, accredited programs, and registered non-profits get 50% off Starter and Pro. Reach out from your institutional email.

- **Is my graph really portable?** Yes. Starter and up can export the full reasoning graph as JSON or pull it through the API anytime. Your data, your decisions, your IP.
