## We believe the future of work belongs to teams where people and agents amplify each other.

Most AI is built to work instead of your people. Ours amplifies them, so every decision compounds into shared collective intelligence. CTAs: Start for Free (signup) and Book a Demo.

## Why we exist

Most teams build AI-first. We build human-centered AI. Putting AI first quietly puts your people second. They are pushed out of the loop, with the reasoning and ownership behind decisions fading away. We flip it. Humans and agents share one reasoning graph, a collective intelligence that keeps compounding, and both get better because of it.

**Our Vision.** We see a future where the strongest organizations are not the ones with the most AI, but the ones where people and AI make each other better, and can trust every decision that passes between them. Where adopting AI makes a company more human, not less, and the people inside it more capable, more trusted, and more in demand. That is the world we are building toward.

**Our Mission.** To be the system of record for AI decisions: the trusted layer where every decision a human or agent makes is explained, governed, and remembered. We give enterprises one place to see the reasoning behind their AI, control what it can do, and trust it enough to act on, turning it into collective intelligence they own and can defend.

## Our story

AISquare was founded inside OpenGrowth.Ventures by Gunjan Sinha, with roots in MIT and Project NANDA's work on the internet of agents. The throughline has never changed: make AI something people can trust.

- **2024, The founding bet:** The conviction that the next wave of AI would fail enterprises the way early software did, not on capability but on trust.

- **2025, One question, many studios:** The early product chased one question: how do people turn their own expertise into agent behavior they can trust? That became a suite of studios for building, connecting, and governing agents.

- **Late 2025, Intelligence has to be shared:** The turning point. People and agents do not compound in isolation, they need one governed, shared reasoning graph. The many studios converge into one collective-intelligence platform.

- **2026, Collective Intelligence, in the field:** We named the category, the system of record for AI decisions, and moved into forward-deployed work with enterprises where AI decisions carry real weight.

## From the founders

**Gunjan Sinha, Co-Founder & Chairman:** For most of my life I have watched technology reshape how the world works, and I believe the internet of agents is the biggest shift yet. But we keep getting one thing dangerously wrong: we try to centralize intelligence, hand it to a few large models, and hope our people keep up. Intelligence does not work that way. It compounds when it is shared. AISquare exists to put it back where it belongs, in the hands of the people and the organizations who create it. AI is powerful, but it is only half of the equation. The other half is human judgment, context, and accountability. Bring the two together, in one place where every person and every agent can see, question, and build on each other's reasoning, and you reach something neither could alone. That is collective intelligence, and it is the future of work we are building, with humans at the center and trust as the foundation.

**Jatin Saini, Co-Founder & Director of Technology:** The race right now is to make the model bigger. I think that is the wrong race. A bigger model still just hopes its answer is right, and it still cannot show you why it decided what it decided. That does not scale, and it cannot be trusted. So we took a different path. We treat reasoning as a first-class artifact. Every decision a human or an agent makes is captured in one shared graph, with its evidence, its context, and its lineage, so it can be inspected, replayed, and reused. We hit the graph before we hit the model, which is what makes the system fast and auditable, and it gets cheaper as it learns instead of more expensive. And we are building that reasoning layer as an open standard, not a black box, because trust in AI cannot be taken on faith. It has to be something you can verify. That is the system I want to put in the hands of every engineer and every enterprise.
